Former Manchester United forward Bebe claims a return to Old Trafford is not impossible, reports Portuguese website Publico.

The 25-year-old, who is currently plying his trade in La Liga with Rayo Vallecano, believes scoring 10 goals in Spain could help him join a 'great team'.

Bebe is currently on loan from Benfica and has managed to find the back of the net on one occasion so far this term.

"If you make 10 goals in the league, I'm sure I can come back to a great team. To score 10 goals here I have many great teams behind me for the year."

Not happening

Let's be honest, Bebe won't be returning to the Theatre of Dreams. Ultimately, he just wasn't good enough to star alongside the superstars in Manchester, so he must concentrate on getting his career back on track.

In Madrid at Vallecano, the former United man has the opportunity to produce the goods, but it's unlikely that Louis van Gaal and Co. will take much notice. In truth, it's going to take a lot more than 10 goals for him to complete a shock return to the Premier League giants.

How many goals do you think Bebe will score this season? Have your say below!
