Liverpool fans, a very good day to you all.
With the international break now over and fans either rejoicing or revolting - depending on your nationality - we can look forward to regular club action resuming.
What comes with that? Well, gossip and news of course. Read on below for the latest on your team, or watch the video above.
Leiva on Klopp
He hasn’t been there long but Jurgen Klopp is already making an impression at Anfield, or so says midfielder Lucas Leiva.
The Brazilian, who struggled to a degree under Brendan Rodgers, praised Klopp’s passion, and said things have been very positive in training since the German’s appointment.
Lucas also said that Klopp wants his players to always give 10 extra metres. That might be fairly pertinent given that he’s renowned for instilling a great work effort into his sides.
"It has been very positive," Lucas said
"He seems to be very passionate – he likes to put in everything that he has and he asks the players for the same.
"Be very intense, be aggressive with yourself, is what he has been saying. Always try to be better, always give 10 metres more, because that will be the key to success."
Elsewhere, Joe Gomez picked up an injury playing for the England U21 side and could miss this weekend’s fixture against Tottenham.
The 18-year-old took a knock to his ankle and supposedly may need to take time out to recover.
That’s bad news no matter what way you look at it, but even more so because he’ll have been keen to impress his new club manager.
Lastly, Klopp might be without his faithful number two Zeljko Buvac for his first game in charge of Liverpool this weekend.
According to reports, the Bosnian Buvac is still waiting to be granted a work permit and might not be given clearance to be in the dugout at White Hart Lane on Saturday.
