Cristiano Ronaldo’s son seems to be a pretty big fan of Lionel Messi.
A video emerged last year of the star-struck youngster meeting the Barcelona hero, and now a new clip is doing the rounds of the lad asking his grandmother if the Argentina international has won the Ballon d’Or on more occasions than his father.
“Messi has four….five….” Ronaldo’s son commented, before his nan - somewhat curtly - responded by saying: “I don’t want to know about Messi”.

Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. adds: “Does he have four?” But his irritated gran replied: “Your father has three Ballon d’Ors and four Golden Boots.”
Ronaldo’s son, a little despondent by now, is then heard saying: “Ok.”
Messi will be remembered as a better player than Ronaldo
In order to stay on the right side of Ronaldo, it seems, you cannot hold the opinion that anyone but the Real Madrid superstar is the world’s best player - including Messi - even if you’re a family member.
It’ll soon be drummed into the young Ronaldo that his father is not only the world’s best player, but the greatest footballer of all time.
It’s no secret that Ronaldo possesses a burning desire to end his career as the best player ever; however, unless he finishes his career with more Ballon d’Or trophies that Messi, he won’t even be remembered as the best footballer of his generation.
Messi, after inspiring Barcelona to another historic treble last season, is the overwhelming favourite to win a record-breaking fifth Ballon d’Or in January.
But Ronaldo’s son will probably not be invited to that particular awards ceremony.
