Jurgen Klopp has found his perfect club in the perfect league, according to his former star striker Robert Lewandowski.
Lewandowski is well versed in the philosophies of the German manager, originally breaking onto the Bundesliga scene under his stewardship at Borussia Dortmund.
While the Poland international would eventually choose to leave Dortmund and Klopp for Bayern Munich, he still holds his former boss in high regard.

Klopp is about to start a new chapter in his career, taking charge of Liverpool for the first time when they travel to north London to take on Tottenham this Saturday.
Ahead of the much-anticipated tie, Lewandowski has backed the 48-year-old to turn things around at Liverpool and has told the Anfield faithful to expect a dramatic upturn in results.
He told Goal.com: "Kloppo fits perfectly with the Premier League. At Liverpool, he can make a difference with his positive thinking and sweep the players along with him.
“They will play really well and they will win. I can only wish him the best of luck. I don't know the team that well, but Kloppo definitely knows what to do and how to make them win as a team. This is the optimal club for him - and league also!”
Klopp has been quick to dismiss such a dramatic turnaround, insisting that a lot of things need to change before Liverpool can consider challenging for the Premier League title again.
Time to adapt
Lewandowski believes that Klopp is well aware of the differences between the Bundesliga and English football and expects him to adopt a different approach to the one that led Borussia Dortmund to two German titles.
Lewandowski continued: “He knows that the Premier League and Bundesliga are not the same. He will do things differently and find a new approach than at BVB because it is a different league and he has new players.
“I heard that he put on a show at the press conference – this is Klopp. He has fun and is a great coach, a great guy. I can only wish him the best of luck.”
