Kobe Bryant to miss pre season games

Published 1 Comments

Denver Broncos running back Ronnie Hillman has defended his teammate Peyton Manning over fan abuse on Twitter recently for his poor performances, calling them 'fake fans'. The Broncos are currently 6-0 this season, so the running back does have a point and a quarterback change is unlikely to happen anytime soon, but the voice of fan concern is getting louder. Over to the NBA and Kobe Bryant could be held out of the final two preseason games for the L.A. Lakers by their head coach Byron Scott. The 37-year-old could miss the last two, what are deemed, 'meaningless' games by Scott, as he wants to keep him 100 percent for the new season ahead. A wise decision, as Bryant has already suffered a bruised calf during this preseason and there is no point of risking him, especially if the Lakers want to achieve a playoff spot in the Western Conference this year.
