Three episodes of NXT were taped this week at Full Sail University and they will air on November 4 through to November 18.

ATHENA DEBUTS

Diva’s action to kick off the show and it was Peyton Royce taking on Athena – who is now competing under the name Adrien Reese. It’s being reported that Reese received a great reaction and rightfully so as she’s another impressive female star the WWE have signed.

Reese defeated Royce by hitting the top rope jump into a stunner for the win and we should expect big things from the both of them next year.

CORBIN AND CREWS CLASH

The second match of the night didn’t get underway as Corbin was set to take on the Perfect 10, Tye Dillinger.

Crews made his way to the ring so the match didn’t officially start as he beat down on Corbin as he interfered in the main event match last week and attacked both Crews and Balor, resulting in a disqualification.

This has the potential to be a really good feud and one the fans would definitely be into if they’re working towards a one on one match at TakeOver: London.

Six man tag team action followed with NXT Women’s Champion teaming up with Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley as they too on Blake, Murphy and Alexa Bliss who has impressed a lot in recent weeks.

Bliss manages to grab Bayley’s championship title and runs away with it as Bayley hits the Belly to Bayley suplex on Blake and Murphy before running off to get her title back. Ryder then hit the Rough Ryder to pick up the win for his team.

NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS

Nia Jax continued her impressive start on NXT by defeating independent talent Deonna Purrazzo for the win.

The Vaudevillians put their NXT Tag Team Championships on the line against The Mechanics and reports are suggesting this moment was fantastic with great reactions as Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder actually defeated Simon Gotch and Aiden English.

They picked up the win through submission and it was a big surprise to see the Vaudevillians drop the titles so soon after picking them up at TakeOver: Brooklyn. It’s safe to say their title reign was underwhelming while Dawson and Wilder have been tipped for great things.

Samoa Joe was out to close the show and was met by plenty of boos for his actions the previous week. It didn’t take Balor too long to confront his former partner and a brawl quickly followed, referees were then forced to hold them both back as they continued to attack each other to end the episode.
