Of course, were the same experiment conducted outside of Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon, it’s unlikely that any match-going United fans would have taken the money.
Those outside of Manchester United’s home ground earlier this week were at the stadium, presumably, to take a look at the museum and perhaps spend a few quid in the Megastore.
United the narrow favourites against City
