Cech spent 11 years at Stamford Bridge before joining the Gunners in the summer after losing his first-team place to Thibaut Courtois.
The Czech Republic international has enjoyed an impressive start to life at the Emirates Stadium and Drogba reckons the 33-year-old is still the world’s best goalkeeper.

"Petr is like my brother,” Drogba was quoted as saying by the Daily Star. “He is doing great but he is playing in the wrong team now!
"But he is still number one for me, the best in the world."
Petr Cech is shining for Arsenal
With Cech in between the sticks, Arsene Wenger has been able to record his first ever win over a team managed by Jose Mourinho - the Community Shield at Wembley Stadium in August - while Arsenal currently sit joint-top of the Premier League table alongside Manchester City.
A huge upgrade on Wojciech Szczesny and David Ospina, Arsenal fans - along with the wider football community - were shocked that Cech was granted permission to join the Gunners from their London rivals.
Mourinho was reluctant to sell Cech to Arsenal, for understandable reasons, but the Portuguese coach had no say in the matter once Roman Abramovich intervened and granted the long-serving keeper his wish.
Cech had received other offers but wanted to stay in London, where he and his family are settled.
Mourinho was right to select Courtois over Cech
Mourinho undoubtedly made the right decision regarding Courtois and Cech - the former is already a serious contender for the title of world’s best goalkeeper - but it would be ironic if Arsenal win the Premier League title for the first time since 2004 thanks to a little help from one of Jose’s former favourites.
