The four of them went back to one of the girls' house and that is when the two footballers allegedly assaulted one of the women.
The accusations are very serious and could have severe ramifications for the two wanted men.
Having joined Chelsea from Sao Paulo in 2011, Piazon has been touted as one the most exciting talents in the Blues' academy.
Since 2013, he has spent time on loan at Malaga, Vitesse Arnhem, Eintracht Frankfurt and Reading. He joined the Royals at the beginning of the season.
The 21-year-old has made a strong start to his time at the Madejski Stadium, scoring two goals in eight matches.
The South American has made three appearances for Chelsea since joining the club as a teenager and scooped their Young Player of the Year award in 2012.
He made his debut in September that year, starting in the Stamford Bridge club's 6-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers in the League Cup.
His second appearance came in the same competition as Chelsea beat Manchester United 5-4 in extra-time. His only league showing was as a substitute in the 8-0 win over Aston Villa.
