The Green Bay Packers have made an excellent start to the 2015 NFL season and find themselves heading into their week eight encounter against the Denver Broncos with a 6-0 record.
Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been firing on all cylinders and looks to be at his MVP-caliber best, while James Jones, Randall Cobb, Ty Montgomery and Richard Rodgers have all stepped up in the receiving game to make up for the loss of Pro Bowl star Jordy Nelson.
Is Lacy too fat?
One player who hasn't been pulling his weight, however, is Eddie Lacy. And the questions remain if Lacy's weight is the problem.

The running back has always been a larger guy, and he has faced questions about his size over his career, but the Packers star has normally played well enough to make any conversations about his size a moot point.
That isn't the case this season as Lacy has struggled badly, with backup James Starks playing much better than the former second rounder out of Alabama right now.

More like The Bus
Despite the questions about his weight and pictures of his bulging stomach, Lacy says his size is fine and that his weight hasn't been affecting his playing style at all.
"I'm not the smallest person," Lacy said, via ESPN. "Brandon Jacobs wasn't the smallest person. Jerome Bettis wasn't the smallest person. Some people can just play like that, not that I'm Jerome Bettis' weight or nothing like that. I'm just saying, not everybody's meant to look like Adrian Peterson or somebody like that."
No Fat Fines
Lacy also went on to add that if he was too fat, he would almost certainly hear about it from general manager Ted Thompson, who can fine players for being overweight at the weekly weigh-ins.
"When I get on [the scale], it's like, 'He cool,'" Lacy said. "If I'm not, I'm pretty sure I'll hear from the guy upstairs."
"...that's not none of my concern until it comes from the guy upstairs on the third floor," Lacy went on to add. "Until it comes down from there, I'm not concerned about it."
Lacy has definitely put on some weight, though, and getting leaner should be at the top of his to-do list right now. Just check out this tweet of Lacy as a rookie and now...
