This is according to Neil Ashton of the Daily Mail, who claims Hazard is one of several Chelsea players who is tired of Mourinho’s criticism and the football politics the Portuguese coach encourages.
The Belgium international is understood to have a “long-standing ambition” to play for Real Madrid - the club he reportedly supported as a youngster - while his idol is the Bernabeu legend, and current head coach of Real Madrid Castilla, Zinedine Zidane.

Hazard was expected to take the Premier League by storm again this season following a superb 2014-15 campaign, which saw the 24-year-old crowned as the league’s most outstanding player by the PFA.
But the Belgian star has been hugely underwhelming this term, with just one Premier League goal and three assists to his name so far.
Hazard is playing well below his best
Hazard was substituted after less than an hour in the 3-1 defeat to Liverpool on Saturday - the stats showed he contributed virtually nothing during the time he was on the pitch - and it’s patently clear that all is not well between Mourinho and his star man.
The Telegraph have reported that Mourinho had a heart-to-heart discussion with Hazard prior to Saturday’s fixture, in a bid to get the best out of the world-class attacking winger, but it failed to have the desired effect.
Either Hazard or Mourinho is likely to leave
It’s difficult not to believe that Hazard has lost confidence and trust in his manager - and it seems increasingly likely that at least one of them will have left Stamford Bridge come the start of next season.
