Liverpool playmaker Adam Lallana has named Jordan Rossiter as the best young player at Anfield.
The England international name-checked Rossiter while performing a quick-fire question-and-answer session for The Redmen TV. (Scroll down this page to see the video).
Lallana could have selected the likes of Jordon Ibe, Divock Origi, João Carlos Teixeira or Allan Rodrigues de Souza, but it was Rossiter who has impressed the attacking midfielder the most.

Rossiter, an 18-year-old Liverpudlian who made his first-team debut against Arsenal earlier this season, is widely regarded as one of the most talented youngsters at Anfield.
Liverpool great Robbie Fowler has even likened the teenager to club legend Steven Gerrard.

Liverpool could lose Jordan Rossiter
However, Liverpool currently face a battle to hold on to the England Under-19 international: his contract expires at the end of this season and an agreement is yet to be reached between the player and club.
The Mirror understand that a host of Champions League clubs are monitoring the situation and could pounce if Liverpool fail to offer Rossiter the terms he desires.
Retaining Rossiter’s services for the long-term is fast-becoming one of Jurgen Klopp’s most pressing concerns as Liverpool manager.
But Lallana may have done his manager a small favour by reminding Rossiter of how highly-regarded he is at Anfield - not just by the fans and staff but by his teammates, too.
If he's good enough, he'll make it
Competition for first-team places is fierce at every big club and Liverpool are no exception.
However, if Rossiter is comparable to Gerrard then it won’t be too much longer before he cements his status as a first-team regular under Klopp.
Liverpool fans: is Jordan Rossiter the real deal - or are the comparisons with Steven Gerrard too premature? Have your say by leaving a comment in the box below!
