Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been tipped to make changes ahead of his side's Europa League clash against Rubin Kazan.
Writing for the Liverpool Echo, former player John Aldridge claims the club's manager has a big decision to make in terms of team selection, suggesting that Sunday's Premier League fixture against Crystal Palace will enter his thought process.
After securing a 3-1 victory over rivals Chelsea on Saturday, the revered manager will no doubt be hoping to lead his side to a second straight win in England's elite division this weekend, so he may well have to rest players in Europe.

Aldridge certainly expects to see changes and expects the likes of Adam Bogdan, Connor Randall, Jordon Ibe, Joe Allen and Dejan Lovren to take to the field in Russia.
Aldridge stated: "It’s off to Russia now for the Reds, and I think the manager has a big decision to make in terms of his team selection.

"We could do with a win in Kazan, just to take some of the pressure off in terms of qualifying for the last 32. But Crystal Palace on Sunday is a great chance to continue our move up the table, and that has to come into Klopp’s thinking.
"It’s a little trick one. I’d assume the likes of Jordon Ibe, Joe Allen and Dejan Lovren will get a game on Thursday. I’d put Adam Bogdan in goal as well, and maybe give Connor Randall another go.
"I’m interested to see how Klopp plays it."
Premier League priority
Of course, Klopp will be hoping to see his side achieve maximum points against Kazan, but he will be far more concerned with the upcoming home clash against Alan Pardew's dynamic Palace side.
Palace, who like Liverpool have already won at Stamford Bridge this season, will no doubt prove a tricky test for the Reds in their pursuit of climbing the division.
In truth, even if Lovren, Randall and Co. enter the frame on Thursday, Liverpool should have more than enough quality to beat their opponents. Sitting in 12th place in the Russian Premier League, Kazan should be there for the taking. Klopp must find the right balance over the course of this week.
