Golden Boy 2015: Anthony Martial and Hector Bellerin make the shortlist

The 40-man shortlist for the 2015 Golden Boy award has been leaked and there are 13 Premier League players among the nominees.

Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal all have players on the list, with the winner set to be announced in December.

Luke Shaw, Anthony Martial and Adnan Januzaj represent the Red Devils, Gunners star Hector Bellerin also makes the cut. As do Reds youngsters Jordon Ibe and Divock Origi.

Manchester City's Kelechi Iheanacho and loanee Jason Denayer are joined by Chelsea's Ruben Loftus-Cheek and loan stars Nathan Ake and Mario Pasalic.

Tottenham Hotspur's England international Dele Alli, Aston Villa's Barcelona youngster Adama Traore are other Premier League representatives.

Kingsley Coman, who tore Arsenal apart in Bayern Munich's 5-1 win on Wednesday night, is among the other big names. 

Emirates favourite Bellerin recently scooped the Catalan Young Player of the Year award and could cap a fantastic year by claiming another individual title.

Manchester United's golden boy Martial will be among one of the top contenders having made an impressive start to life in England.

From his time at AS Monaco, it was obvious the Frenchman was a talented individual, but nobody could have envisaged his start to life at Old Trafford. 

Liverpool had a winner of the award last season as Raheem Sterling claimed the prize. 

Ibe, who has many similarities to his former team-mate, caught the eye with his performance over Rubin Kazan on Thursday night, and popped up with the winning goal. 

The award was started to by Italian publication Tuttosport in 2003 and has seen world-class stars like Wayne Rooney, Lionel Messi, Sergio Aguero and Paul Pogba claim the prize.
