Danny Welbeck is the kind of man you want to be friends with. An international footballer taking home a cool £115,000-a-week at Arsenal, you would think Welbeck lives life to the full every weekend.
But it would appear he's happy spending it playing with his PS4 on his (probably) massive television. In fact, he has revealed that they were the only things he packed when he swapped Manchester for London last year.
Who cares, right? The guy earns millions of pounds a year and you can buy almost anything in good old London town, so the clothes were left behind. A new football club, so why not a new wardrobe as well?

“I’ve got no baggage, I didn’t have to bring down a wife, kids or anything,” he told Arsenal.com. “I just up and left. I’m a free man, not many people could have done it as quickly as me.
“I just packed my PS4, got my TV, jumped in my car and I was off. I’m just my own person. I’ve got not too many responsibilities y’know? It’s easier for me to move down to London than it would be for a married man. They’d have to find schools, for me I just have to bring myself.”
Certainly not something any of us normal people would do, but something we all wish we could. Cut loose everything and head to the capital. Only a true lad could pull that off.
And it's lucky he did bring his games console down from Manchester. The striker has had plenty of spare time on his hands since completing his move from United. A knee injury has kept him on the sidelines since April and it's unlikely he will return before 2016 rears its even-numbered head.
He will then have a huge fight on his hands to break into Roy Hodgson's England squad for Euro 2016. His chances have not been helped by the fine form of Jamie Vardy, who out of nowhere, has emerged as the best goal scorer this little island has to offer.
With his Arsenal team-mates Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott both having troubles of their own up front, Welbeck will certainly get his chance to impress before the end of the season.
