Given the fact that Andrew Luck won’t be available to the Indianapolis Colts for several weeks after suffering a lacerated kidney, it’s no surprise that the franchise are looking for a new quarterback. What may come as a surprise is that the man they’re reportedly targeting is Jason Campbell. We say target, more like lure, as Campbell is currently retired from the sport. The QB last played for the Cincinnati Bengals in 2014 though it remains unclear whether or not he’ll join Matt Hasselbeck at the Colts. Meanwhile in the NBA, DeMarcus Cousins can count himself lucky to have not been suspended. Reports claim Sacramento Kings coach George Karl wanted to hand Cousins a two-game ban after the center launched a foul-mouthed tirade at him following Tuesday morning’s team-meeting. Karl wanted it, but those above him wouldn’t grant him permission.
