In fairness to Firmino, though, it has been a stop-start beginning to his Liverpool career.
Used sporadically by Brendan Rodgers at the start of the campaign, the South American then suffered an untimely back injury in September which kept him out of action for a month.

Firmino has been handed opportunities to impress by Klopp and has the backing of the former Borussia Dortmund boss, who believes Rodgers and the transfer committee at Liverpool did well to bring the attacking midfielder to Anfield.
Firmino is still looking to score his first competitive goal for Liverpool but was able to register his first assist for the Reds during last month’s 3-1 win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Today’s performance against Wolves should give him some much-needed confidence ahead of the trip to Manchester City after the international break.
A confident Roberto Firmino will undoubtedly be a major asset for Liverpool.
