At present, the World Heavyweight Championship Tournament is a great way for a variety of WWE main roster talent to prove their worth.
Ultimately, however, the winner of the tournament is likely to be someone predictable, meaning those WWE superstars who are seen as lower down on the roster will remain stuck in that spot.
But, with WWE often getting it wrong with regard to which Superstars deserved the biggest push at the right time, it is pleasing to know there is a wrestler they can rely on as being a fan favourite.

Aside from the big impact the main roster had on the WWE Universe during its European Tour this week, there was one man who represented NXT in the most perfect way imaginable.
When the lights went out as Viktor of The Ascension was waiting for his dark match opponent ahead of Tuesday night's SmackDown tapings in Manchester, England, very few fans in attendance believed it was Finn Balor they were about to see compete.
But as the Irishman's music hit, the atmosphere was electric and Triple H and co. were surely patting themselves on the back for utilising this NXT superstar at the ideal opportunity.
Balor's confident win over Viktor, combined with the huge reception he gained, all but paved the way for when NXT heads to England next month.
Looking around the Manchester Arena, it was clear to see that Finn Balor tops somewhat outnumbered those of several main roster WWE superstars, proving the scale of his fan base in the UK, at least.
With this mind, the company should be more than pleased that they have someone not only as popular but as athletically gifted as Balor, whose in-ring ability would see him take down the might of some of WWE's top names with confidence.
Outside of the ring, Balor is a humble and down to earth individual, which often comes across in his interviews and is something we do not always see from some of the leading wrestlers on WWE's main roster.
His determination and focus on his career, however, is something which is mirrored in a number of WWE Superstars, proving he will fit right in when his time comes to make it to the top.
When exactly this will be, though, has been a subject of much debate of late, given that Balor is already 34-years-old.
The WWEUniverse can, at least, rest easy with the thought that Finn Balor's main roster appearance is getting ever closer and, when it eventually takes place, it will be one of the biggest moments in recent WWE history.
