Albert Luque insists Newcastle will have the final say over his proposed loan move to PSV Eindhoven.

The Eredivisie champions are believed to have made an offer to take the former Deportivo La Coruna forward to the Philips Stadion for the rest of the season. But Luque, who has failed to make the grade at St James´ Park after moving to Tyneside from Depor for £9.5million in August 2005, is adamant he will abide by whatever decision Newcastle make.

He told PA Sport: "It´s true that PSV are interested in me and there is an offer on the table. However, I have told PSV they will have to talk to Newcastle chairman Freddy Shepherd. Newcastle have always treated me well and they will have the last say."
