Across to NFL, and Aldon Smith of the Oakland Raiders has been suspended for a year for violating the league’s policy on substance abuse. The team confirmed the news last night, but said that Smith remains in their long-term plans for the future. The ban is the latest is a string of incidents involving the 26-year-old.
