LeBron's latest

Try as you might you just can’t keep LeBron James down.

The Cleveland Cavaliers star is now just the second player in NBA history to be in the Top 25 in both points and assists, after entering the latter category Monday night against the Orlando Magic.

James set up Kevin Love in the second quarter to move past Norm Nixon and into the 25th spot on the all-time assist list.

It’s he and the legendary Oscar Robertson who are the only men residing on the all-time scorers’ list as well.

James on Golden State

Meanwhile, staying with LeBron - I’m sure you’ll forgive us - and the former NBA MVP has revealed his belief that the Golden State Warriors remain unbeaten in the league because they are the fittest team around.

Golden State are 15-0 going into tonight’s clash with the Los Angeles Lakers, and James said he thinks they are the healthiest side he’s ever seen in the NBA. High praise, coming from the King.

Patriots set to struggle?

Across to NFL, fears are growing that the New England Patriots’ aura of invincibility is waning as a result of steady attrition.

The Pats beat the Buffalo Bills yesterday to continue their perfect season, but injuries are beginning to take their toll.

How long will it be until they lose? Let us know in the comments box provided.

It’s rumoured that the quarterback is angry that his plans have been leaked. Of course, anything could happen between now and the end of the season.

Here's some of Manning's best form:
