Manchester United could renew their interest in Mats Hummels after it emerged that the World Cup winner is considering quitting Borussia Dortmund in 2016.
Hummels is reportedly struggling to adapt to life under manager Thomas Tuchel, who replaced Jurgen Klopp at Signal Iduna Park in the summer, and is poised to hand in a transfer request at the end of the season.

Perhaps a better signing would be Everton’s John Stones, who is on the radar of Barcelona and Chelsea and has earned comparisons with United hero Rio Ferdinand.
