Brock Lesnar could be set to make an appearance at WWE's annual Slammy Awards in just over three weeks time, but could it be to rehash an old rivalry?
Roman Reigns is now a former WWE World Heavyweight Champion and he will get his chance at redemption when he faces current Champion Sheamus at TLC on December 13th in a traditional Tables, Ladders and Chairs match.
This means that by the time Brock makes his next appearance in WWE, Roman Reigns could be the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

REIGNS V LESNAR 2?
With WrestleMania merely months away now, there have been many rumours surrounding the card and where WWE are hoping to end and begin rivalries.
Speculation suggests that The Undertaker could be set to face John Cena whilst The Rock faces Triple H and Brock Lesnar takes on Roman Reigns in a rematch of last year's main event, but this time there is no cash in.

Reigns could well have the World Championship so when Lesnar returns on the 21st of December there could be something done that sets up the rematch in just four months time.
WHY IS LESNAR THERE?
It is just pure coincidence that WWE is in Brock's hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota on that day and that it is also the Slammy awards that night.
WWE usually schedule the Slammy awards for the final Raw before Christmas, but this year Christmas falls on a Friday which means that the episode of Raw the following week will be a pre-record because the superstars are usually given the festive period off.
The Slammy Awards could be a great setup for the match if Brock vs Roman from last year's WrestleMania wins match of the year. The two could come out and accept the award and then drop some hints that there will be a rematch.
It is highly unlikely either will pick up superstar of the year, but the match at WrestleMania wasn't a bad one and could well be in with a shout to win.
Whether this is the path WWE are looking to go down remains to be seen, but if Roman wins the World Title at TLC, then Brock Lesnar could be his next challenger.
