Manchester United fans, good day.
Welcome to the first round-up of the week, we promise that it’s filled with all the juiciest backlash from the weekend just gone.
If you’re in need of your daily fix then look no further. Simply watch the video above for the latest headlines, or alternatively read on below for more. Enjoy.
Valdes' wife is not happy
It may seem like Victor Valdes has faded into the abyss at Manchester United, but the goalkeeper is very much still a part of the Old Trafford furniture.
That said, Louis van Gaal and the club continue to find new ways to annoy the player and those closest to him.
Apparently, the goalkeeper wasn’t invited to a Unicef charity dinner that pretty much all of his teammates attended.
His wife reacted furiously on Instagram, stating that it was the last thing she expected from a club of United’s magnitude.
Van Gaal's rant
On to team news, it’s emerged that Van Gaal blasted his stars at half-time during the recent draw with PSV.
The Sunday People say a drab first-half showing sent Van Gaal ballistic. Perhaps not Fergie hairdryer treatment ballistic, but it’s safe to say he was pretty angry.
He wasn't the only one, either:
Ronaldo open to United return?
Last but not least, Cristiano Ronaldo’s transfer future has taken an unexpected twist - at least that’s if you believe the Sunday Mirror.
Only on Saturday did Spanish sources speculate that Ronaldo would be ready to leave Real Madrid for Paris Saint-Germain if Karim Benzema is dumped in the wake of the Mathieu Valbuena sex scandal.
New reports, however, say Ronaldo will reject PSG for his former club United. Don’t worry, we’re as sceptical as you are.
