Liverpool fans, hello and welcome.
It’s time to shake off the rust from the weekend and get straight back into the groove, so we won’t waste time with pointlessly long introductions.
Watch the video above for the latest headlines or read on below for some added gossip. In any case, enjoy.
It’s fair to say Alberto Moreno has reason to be frustrated after having seen his wonder goal against Newcastle ruled out for being offside.
The Spaniard lobbed home a neat volley that might have earned Jurgen Klopp’s men some points - unfortunately for him it was chalked off.
Replays have since shown that he was behind the last defender, and Moreno himself took to Twitter to highlight his annoyance.
He retweeted more than one comment that questioned why the decision had been given against him - safe to say he’s not happy.
Carragher jokes about Skrtel
Elsewhere, Jamie Carragher attempted to lift the mood after the Newcastle defeat, declaring himself happy that Martin Skrtel has equalled his Premier League own-goal record.
Skrtel’s awkward deflection marked the 7th time to date that he's netted past his own goalkeeper - only Carragher has done that as many times for Liverpool. To be fair to Skrtel, there wasn’t much that could have been done about Georginio Wijnaldum’s effort.
Rounding us off nicely, there was no mistaking who Liverpool fans wanted to berate in the wake of their disappointing loss at St. James’ Park.
He may have enjoyed a resurgence under Klopp, but Joe Allen felt the fury of a number of Reds fans on Twitter who were seemingly unhappy with his contribution. A tad harsh, we’re sure you’ll agree.
