Factions face off to open RAW

The WWE landscape is forever changing and right now, it appears to be very focused on superstars forming factions.

There have been some great factions throughout WWE history, from the legendary Four Horsemen to DX, from Evolution to the Shield.

Fatal factions

Last week on RAW, we saw the League of Nations take shape as Sheamus, King Barrett, Alberto Del Rio and Rusev joined forces.

Roman Reigns joined forces with the Usos and Dean Ambrose in order to try and combat the newly formed faction, but there are more than just two.

From the New Day to the Wyatt Family, Team BAD to Team Bella, there are plenty of different groups in WWE, but last week another one formed.

The Dudley Boyz who have been targeting the Wyatt Family saw the returning Tommy Dreamer join them and tonight, another ECW original made his return to RAW.

Rhyno being revealed as the new partner for the Dudley Boyz was certainly an incredible moment to see four of the biggest names from ECW share the stage once again.

However RAW's opening segment tonight featured more than just Rhyno's return.

The confrontation between four of the most powerful groups in WWE led to a 16- man elimination fatal four way match to kick off the show.

The entire segment ensured that RAW opened with a terrific few segments as the teams now look set heading into TLC this Sunday.
