Interestingly, though, the Mirror claim that Liverpool are also in the hunt for the exciting talent. Reds chief Jurgen Klopp has a great track record when promoting youth, so a move to Merseyside may well interest the player.
Of course, it's far from certain as to whether Aina will look to depart Chelsea, but, at 19, he will surely he will be determined to continue his progression in the game. One thing is for sure, the Stamford Bridge faithful won't want to see him turn out for Liverpool next season.

But how good is he?
Well, despite failing to claim a first-team spot at Chelsea, Aina's reputation in the game is growing. In fact, the Liverpool target broke into England Under-21 setup this season, so will no doubt become an important player for Gareth Southgate over the next couple of years.
A pacey full-back by trade, Aina is extremely versatile and can also star at centre-back; he has even starred on the wing during his development.
Born in Southwark, the defensively sound teenager has been at Chelsea since the age of 11 and has featured at U18, U19 and U21 level in recent years. While he hasn't played a competitive game for the club, the youngster featured during the side's pre-season clash against Italian outfit Fiorentina in the summer.
Strong and agile, Aina should only continue to develop physically, but the hierarchy at Stamford Bridge must now prove to him that he's at the right place.
