Chelsea supporters, hello and welcome.
The weekend is within touching distance - a fact that should be universally celebrated - and that means that there’s added emphasis placed on the rumours and breaking news involving football.
Here we’ve collated a series of the best bits doing the rounds. Watch the report above or read on below for more.
Costa: Relationship with Mourinho is 'amazing'
What a difference one win can make. Jose Mourinho was on the brink of losing his job before last night’s game, Chelsea were on the brink of being condemned to Europa League football and Diego Costa was in the shooting sights of most critics.
The Blues won 2-0 and things are quickly changing, including with Costa, who has now admitted - as per the Mirror - that he made a mistake throwing a bib at Mourinho during the recent draw with Tottenham.
Costa was dropped for that game but said his relationship with his manager was ‘amazing’.
Chelsea beat Porto:
"The bib [incident] is in the past. I made a mistake, but my relationship with Mourinho is amazing, we get on really well," Costa told Spanish sources.
"There are things you need to control, but the bib thing was an impulse."
Here's 'that' incident:
Mourinho is confident
Elsewhere, Mourinho himself offered an opinion on Chelsea’s chances of success in the Champions League this year - he thinks they’re an outside bet.
The Special One admitted they weren’t amongst the favourites because of their recent form, but pointed out that neither had Porto been in 2004, or Inter Milan in 2010.
Mutu on Mourinho
Lastly, Adrian Mutu - remember him? - has been vocal regarding Mourinho and his current malaise. The Romanian was critical of the Blues coach, branding him a ‘fake’.
Mutu said that he couldn’t see any way back for Mourinho due to his current problems and opened up on how the Portuguese tactician has ‘no consideration' for how his players are feeling or thinking.
Ouch, is all we can say about that one.
