Liverpool fans have blasted Simon Mignolet on Twitter after his error gifted West Brom an equalising goal during the first half of Sunday afternoon’s Premier League clash at Anfield.

The Belgium international allowed a corner to sail over his head, resulting in West Brom scoring through Craig Dawson.

Liverpool had taken the lead earlier in the half through Jordon Henderson, who capped off a fine team move to net his first Premier League goal of the season. (Scroll down this page to watch both goals).

According to WhoScored, no player has made more errors that have led directly to a goal in the past three Premier League seasons than Mignolet, who had made eight.
