Rafa Benitez continues to struggle at Real Madrid. The Spanish manager oversaw his third La Liga defeat of the season on Saturday as Los Blancos lost 1-0 to Villarreal.
Madrid are now five points behind their fiercest rivals Barcelona and Atletico Madrid and it is clear to see that all is not well at the Bernabeu.
There have been reports that the former Liverpool boss' controlling style has not gone down well with Madrid's Galactico squad and we may have seen an example of Benitez's lack of control during the game at the Estadio El Madrigal.

With Madrid searching for an equaliser in the dying moments, Benitez opted to introduce Jese Rodriguez for Marcelo and reportedly asked Gareth Bale to switch to full-back.
Well, according to 101GreatGoals, the Welshman was not happy with Benitez's decision and completely disregarded the instructions of his manager.
Reportedly, Bale took it upon himself to do his own thing, leaving Madrid's formation completely disjointed.
101GreatGoals also posted this video.
As we at GiveMeSport do not speak Spanish, we decided to use the almighty Google translate to understand what the presenters were saying, but that offered absolutely no clarity.
Given the substitution took place in the 90th minute with Madrid going all out for an equaliser, Bale's influence in attack would surely have been greater than his need to defend.
Although, Bale did switch to the left flank, as can be seen in the video above.
So make of this what you will. But if 101GreatGoals are right and Bale did ignore the instructions of Benitez, it is a bad sign in an already bleak season for the Spaniard.
