Liverpool close to capture of Marko Grujic

Published 2 Comments

By all accounts Liverpool are moving towards the capture of Marko Grujic, but they haven’t managed to seal the deal yet. The latest reports suggest that the Reds have outlined a proposal of £4.3m plus the offer of the player staying with Red Star Belgrade until the end of the season. However, they’re no longer alone, with German club Stuttgart having put forward a £5m package of their own. The 19-year-old is believed to be keen on Anfield, but as of yet - despite what reports in Serbia are saying - it’s no dice. Think Grujic would be a good addition? Let us know in the comments box provided. Meanwhile, Mamadou Sakho has further warmed himself to fans by declaring himself a Scouser. The hulking centre-half said he would give everything for Scouse nation moving forward, having settled in well at Anfield following a relatively uncertain start at the club.
