Liverpool fans, hello and welcome back.
It’s been a short while since our last round-up - the call of the Christmas break was simply too much for some - but we’ve returned just in time to get the show on the road for the new year.
On the eve of the January transfer window, there’s much and more to discuss. Watch the video above or read on below for the latest.
Interest in Chilwell grows
Liverpool fans clamouring to see just who Jurgen Klopp might bring in during the January transfer window have been given food for thought in the form of Leicester City youngster Ben Chilwell.
Reds fans will be well versed in the idea of Red Star Belgrade midfielder Marko Grujic potentially arriving, but new reports - chiefly coming from the Daily Telegraph - paint Chilwell as a man Klopp wants next month.
The 19-year-old is highly rated and valued at around £4m. He’s currently on loan at Huddersfield Town, but interest in him is growing steadily.
Here's a look at Chilwell in action:
Diouf criticises Gerrard and Carragher
Meanwhile, former Liverpool ace El Hadji-Diouf has hit out at Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher, describing the former as an egotist and saying the latter was useless on a football pitch.
Harsh words, but then, when has Diouf ever been anything other than controversial? Let us know what you think on the matter in the comments box below.
Klopp on managing Henderson
Next up, Klopp himself has explained how Liverpool are managing captain Jordan Henderson’s fitness amidst concerns over his injury issues.
The German said the club were in constant communication with the midfielder and insisted that rhythm was important for the England international.
Henderson only recently returned from a lengthy spell on the sidelines enforced by a heel injury.
