Manchester United have not given their fans much to shout about this season. The Red Devils were picking up points despite poor performances but the wheels have begun to come off and they have gone eight games in all competitions without a win.

The style of play on show at the Theatre of Dreams has been a cause for much frustration throughout Louis van Gaal's reign with fans often pleading for their team to be more attacking - often to no avail.

And a table involving all 92 professional clubs in England shows just how boring it has been to watch Manchester United play at home this season.

When the table is altered to incorporate away goals, the Red Devils plummet to 92nd place.

Old Trafford has only seen 13 goals this season from any team, five less than Preston, Blackburn, Watford and Sunderland who are tied for 88th spot.

The most entertaining ground? London Road, the home of Peterborough United. Fans have been treated to 45 goals since August.

The best scoring home side since the football seasons began are United's city rivals, who have scored 29 at the Etihad.
