Tom Coughlin and the New York Giants parted ways yesterday after 12 seasons and two Super Bowl trophies.
In his parting press conference, Coughlin struggled to hold back the tears as he said goodbye to the dynasty that he had created with the G-Men in New York.
And it seems that Coughlin's players were just as upset with the head coach leaving, as several - including Odell Beckham Jr - took to social media and interviews to give their thanks and reveal their heartbreak at losing their coach.

“I love Coach Coughlin,” Beckham said on Monday. “He’s always going to be my coach.”
“It’s been great since the day I met him,” Beckham said. “Initially a younger player would immaturely think coach is always on you. He’s always on you, he’s always on you . . . why is he always on you?...It was growing up, maturing, and learning that it was because he knew what was in you, he wanted to bring the best out. And he was going to do everything that he could to do that.
"Along the journey, it’s been great with Coach as far as growing and learning each other and teaching me things, just how to be a man.”
Justin Tuck went in the deepest, calling the coach a future Hall of Famer and thanking him for making his players better men and fathers off the field.
"I will remember you for helping me become a man and challenging all of us to be better husbands and fathers and men. You did it the right way Coach," Tuck said.
"No one worked harder, no one demanded more and I LOVE YOU for it."
