Manchester United fans, welcome.
There’s plenty to discuss this morning, as is usually the case in the middle of a January transfer window, so we won’t hold you up with drawn out introductions.

Giggs to entice Bale
It may be a period of uncertainty for Manchester United, but there’s a shining beacon in the form of Real Madrid star Gareth Bale.
Long linked with Old Trafford, apparently the Welsh star is more ready to return to the Premier League in the wake of Rafa Benitez’s sacking - and United have a plan to get him on board.
We’ll dismiss the Mail’s talk of a £75m bid being made this month, as we can’t really see it happening.

Meanwhile, Bild lead this morning with a rumour concerning Matteo Darmian.
The German paper says the Italian is unhappy at Old Trafford and eyeing a move to Bayern Munich. It’s obviously early stages yet with regards to that rumour, so we’ll have to see how it develops.
Lastly, speculation is mounting that United are preparing an imminent bid for Lazio star Felipe Anderson.
Reports, emanating from Italy, suggest the Serie A side are braced for an offer from Old Trafford after lowering their asking price to £36m.
We know, £36m is hardly a bargain, but, all the same, it looks as though this one has legs.
