Portland Trail Blazers could have played C.J McCollum against the Clippers

If you’ve ever made a clerical error before you’re sure to sympathise with the Portland Trail Blazers, who were left red-faced yesterday after accidentally leaving C.J McCollum off of the lineup card. The guard was forced to sit out of Portland’s clash with the Clippers, despite having warmed up and been of the assumption that he was going to play. Instead, Allen Crabbe was announced and played the game, with a somewhat confused McCollum watching on from the bench. Meanwhile, the San Antonio Spurs continued their incredible home form by dispatching the Utah Jazz 123-98. The Spurs have amassed a healthy 21-0 record at the AT&T Center - they’re refusing to give Golden State peace of mind at the top of the Western Conference.
