Jurgen Klopp got his first taste of the FA Cup on Friday night as his Liverpool side took on Exeter City at St James Park - not that one - in the third round of club football’s oldest competition.

And before the match, the Liverpool boss was interviewed by the BBC in a tiny room where the teas and coffees are served at the League Two ground.

The outcome was very funny - and you can see the footage by scrolling down to the embedded video on this page.

Klopp took it all in his stride, as you’d expect, and cracked a few jokes in front of presenter Dan Walker and the two Exeter City tea ladies.

“It’s nice, it’s got everything that you need,” the former Borussia Dortmund boss commented. “I’m on the lookout for my cup but there’s not one with my name.”

He added: “I hope there’s coffee inside here. I would like a coffee, thank you.”
