Rusev is apparently out of action at the moment with a knee injury.

Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio earlier today, via 411Mania, that the League of Nations members is currently being forced to sit on the sidelines.

According to the report from Meltzer, the injury happened on Saturday night at a house show in Bossier City, Louisiana, where faced Ryback.

Rusev apparently lost to Ryback and got hurt in the process, although it didn't appear to be that serious, or obvious to the naked eye, at the time during the match.

Meltzer went on to add that he believes the knock is a minor one and that it is still a possibility that the Bulgarian Brute may be back in time for the Royal Rumble match on January 24th.

Rusev has already managed to gain a bit of a reputation for himself as being injury prone. The 30-year-old missed time last spring with a leg injury and got injured again in the autumn after suffering a biceps injury, just months after returning from the former.

However, the Bulgarian is now so anonymous as part of the League of Nations that no-one even noticed that he wasn't there during Monday Night Raw last night.
