Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang had already made it quite clear that he will not be leaving Borussia Dortmund for Arsenal this month - but one opportunistic fan couldn’t resist asking him the question after bumping into him in public this week.
The Gunners supporter whipped out his phone and set it to record before asking the red-hot striker: “Aubameyang, are you coming to Arsenal?”

The 26-year-old, who has scored a magnificent 27 goals in 27 appearances for BVB this season, smiled but shook his head and said “of course not”.
So there you have it, Arsenal fans: Aubameyang will not be joining the Gunners this month and that’s straight from the horse’s mouth.
Who needs Aubameyang, anyway?
But one suspects that many Arsenal supporters may not be overly concerned about Aubameyang’s decision - particularly after Wednesday night’s 3-3 draw with Liverpool at Anfield.
Olivier Giroud put in a Man of the Match performance and took his tally to 18 goals for the season with a brace against the Merseyside outfit.
Giroud has divided opinion ever since he first arrived at the Emirates Stadium from Montpellier in the summer of 2012, but 74 goals in 163 appearances is a decent return from the France international.
Furthermore, the 29-year-old appears to be in the best form of his career and looks certain to surpass his record for goals scored in a single season this term.
Giroud netted 25 goals during his final season with Montpellier - his record with Arsenal is 22, recorded during the 2013-14 campaign - but he is only two goals away from reaching the 20-mark and we’re not even in February.
