It is no secret that the WWE are hoping this April's WrestleMania 32 will be a record-breaking event for the company.
Yet, with each week seeming to bring yet more bad news in terms of injuries and absentees, the WWE Universe would be forgiven for second-guessing whether the company's hierarchy can put together a match card to justify records being broken.
Perhaps that is why rumors have surfaced over the past few days that Hulk Hogan, blackballed from the WWE in mid-2015, could be returning for 'Mania season. Well now, the veteran wrestler has now responded to the speculation.

Taking to his official Twitter account, Hogan had the following response to one fan's hopeful message:
The WWE have actively distanced themselves from Hogan ever since audio footage of the 62-year-old making racist remarks during a 2012 conversation became public back in July 2015.
Speculation from those in the know this week, however, including Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer, had suggested WWE may be considering an angle for Hogan for the lead up to WrestleMania 32.
But, if any such angle is in the works, Hogan himself doesn't appear to know about it judging by other comments made on Twitter today:
With the likes of John Cena and Seth Rollins likely out of contention for 'Mania due to injury, the WWE certainly need some added star power to make this year's event an all-time classic.
It doesn't look like they will be turning to the controversial figure of Hulk Hogan, however, even though the veteran remains popular amongst parts of the WWE Universe.
