Three weeks into 2016, WWE fans can be sure of two things.
The Rock will definitely be making an appearance at WrestleMania 32 in one way, shape or form and the WWE will do all they can to push Roman Reigns as the new face of the company.
But could the duo - who are related in real life - actually cross paths at some point over the next few months? Judging by comments made by Reigns this week, we shouldn't rule it out.

Speaking in an interview with The Times of India, via NoDq.com, the former Shield member had an aggressive response to the idea The Rock would come back and challenge for the WWE title at 'Mania in April:
"I expect The Rock would want to keep his pretty face intact for Hollywood," said Reigns. "He better stay away from me in the ring. But honestly, anybody who wants to get into the ring with me and take the world title, just try!"
This kind of reaction is something we've become accustomed to with Reigns in recent weeks. The Big Dog has acted out in an aggressive and confrontational manner since late December, and has won around a lot of the WWE Universe in the process.
Speaking out in such a way against The Rock, a bonafide fans' favorite (and family member no less), is, however, something of a surprise.
The People's Champ has come to Reigns aide when needed during the former's WWE career and you'd think Reigns would want to keep him on side rather than call him out.
Maybe the WWE hierarchy has plans to build a feud between the two for a show-stopping WrestleMania contest, who knows? It would certainly bring a new dimension to both characters.
