Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has revealed that versatile midfielder Ashley Young will be out of action for a 'long time'.

Young had to be replaced by youngster Cameron Borthwick-Jackson before the half-time interval against Liverpool on Sunday and it now appears that he won't return to the field of play for the foreseeable future.
