The 29th annual Royal Rumble comes to us live from the Amway Center in Orlando Florida on Sunday night with what could be a history setting, record-breaking night of entertainment.
The night boasts the first time that the WWE World Heavyweight Championship has been defended inside the 30-man battle royal as well as the first time the Intercontinental Championship has been defended in a Last Man Standing match.
Kick off show - Fatal Four Way Match for a place in the Royal Rumble Match
THE DUDLEY BOYS VS THE ASCENSION VS MARK HENRY AND JACK SWAGGER VS DAMIEN SANDOW AND DARREN YOUNG
This seems like a thrown together match just to ensure all the talent that can't be a part of the Royal Rumble will still be involved in the show.

The Dudley Boys have not been booked well since they returned and failed to capture the tag team championships whilst The Ascension have never been used effectively on the main roster. Swagger and Henry don't seem like a very formidable team which is why I think Darren Young and Damien Sandow will be the ones to cash in and take the place in the Rumble.
CHARLOTTE VS BECKY LYNCH - DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIP
It seems Paige has been taken out of the Divas Championship picture to focus on promoting Total Divas so WWE has instead set up a feud with the two former best friends. Charlotte was always a few steps ahead of Becky, even when they were in NXT and Charlotte was NXT Women's Champion.
Finally, it seems Becky has her number, it also seems that Ric Flair could be the downfall for his daughter after he went against her wishes and granted the match. Either way, it seems Becky could be leaving Florida with the Divas Championship.
ALBERTO DEL RIO VS KALISTO - U.S. CHAMPIONSHIP
In one of the strangest turns of events this week, Kalisto managed to pin Alberto Del Rio for the first time to earn his first ever singles Championship on Raw before the rematch on Smackdown then saw Del Rio regain his title.
It was a shocking few days for the Lucha Dragon but thankfully he has a rematch clause to cash in and as long at The League of Nations don't involve themselves in the match then Kalisto could once again battle through the odds.
DEAN AMBROSE VS KEVIN OWENS - LAST MAN STANDING MATCH FOR THE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP
It was a stroke of genius putting the Intercontinental Championship on Dean Ambrose because it has been a great few weeks of a feud between Owens and the former Shield member and now they will clash in a history making Last Man Standing Match for the Championship.
It seems that Ambrose has lifted the IC title during his time holding it and could be thought to be a favorite in this kind of match. Owens can't be counted out though either given the matches he used to take part in on the Independent scene, whilst my thought is that Ambrose could retain here, the real winners are the WWE Universe.
THE NEW DAY VS THE USOS - TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS
Now, let's be honest, whilst The New Day have been one of the greatest things to come out of WWE over the past year, WWE really needs to bring more Tag Teams into the title picture here.
The WWE Universe are becoming bored of seeing the same two teams fighting it out for the title. The New Day are still one of the best things in WWE currently but you have to feel like it's time to give The Slammy Award winning Tag Team another run with the belts.
ROYAL RUMBLE MATCH FOR THE WWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
The history-making Royal Rumble this year is for Roman Reigns WWE World Heavyweight Championship and it definitely will be "One verses All" when Roman enters the match from the number one position. It is highly unlikely that Roman Reigns will beat Rey Mysterio's record for the longest time spent in a Rumble Match when he started at number 2 and won in 2006.
There are also many other problems that Roman will run into called Brock Lesnar, Bray Wyatt and the predicted return of Triple H. As ever WWE will throw in their own surprise entrants for the match that could have a say on who the winner is, but if I had to predict it I would say Triple H will be entrant number 30 and he will return to take the title from Roman Reigns.
