Joao Teixeira is eager to stay at Liverpool and try and impress at Anfield - but admits he would like some more game-time.
The 23-year-old hasn't managed to feature too much for the Reds since his move to the club back in 2012 but believes he can get the first-team football he needs under Jurgen Klopp.
Klopp himself, must agree the youngster's future is at Anfield, with fresh contract talks having opened with the Portuguese star. His current deal expires in the summer and both parties seem keen to wrap up a new deal to keep him in the Premier League.

Teixeira told the Liverpool Echo: "We are in conversations at the moment. I want to stay but we will see what happens.
"I don’t want to think about my future too much right now. I just want to play football. I want to enjoy this moment and try to build on it."
Rather than sit on the bench for Liverpool over the past few seasons, Teixeira has kept himself busy by going out on loan spells to Championship clubs, where he has impressed many.
His first loan spell was at Brentford back in 2012/13, where - despite getting little action in the end - he showed flashes of brilliance and proved his capabilities. Following that short-term move, he went to Brighton in 2014/15.
It was with the Seagulls he began to turn heads, as he featured 32 times and bagged six goals and three assists.
Unfortunately, as he was beginning to establish himself as a key player for the Amex Stadium side, he suffered a leg break which ruled him out of action and practically ended his time at the club.
However, he has recovered well and he now appears determined to prove he deserves first-team football for the Reds in the top tier of English football.
With Klopp ready to offer him a new deal and with the 23-year-old willing to sign it, it looks like he could be about to get a lot more of it.
