Images claiming to be of Liverpool's third kit for next season have been leaked online - and they're not pretty.

New Balance will make the Reds' kit for next season, and while the home strip will feature more traditional styling, the sportswear firm look like pushing the boat out elsewhere.

The images, provided by FootyHeadlines and bought to our attention by 101GreatGoals, show what is being called a 'toxic' green kit with a black Liver bird. As yet the club's sponsor hasn't been added on, and there is no other colouring or detailing on the kit.

The same website also claim to have images of the new Liverpool home kit as well as the away version, which will apparently be black.

There is no way of confirming the authenticity of the images, and Liverpool will unveil details of their new kits for next season in the summer.

Of more pressing concern for the Merseyside club is getting into the Champions League this season so they can parade their new kit on the grandest stage. They're currently eight points adrift of the top four having beaten Norwich in a 5-4 thriller at Carrow Road yesterday.
