Whether he succeeds or fails, there was never any doubt that Gary Neville would put his heart and soul into managing Valencia after landing the role of head coach in December.
The former Manchester United captain was never going to leave any stone unturned in his quest to succeed at Mestalla but, unfortunately, the language barrier is proving an immensely difficult obstacle to overcome.

Neville has to beat Sporting Gijon this weekend
That’s the sixth time that Valencia have come from behind to salvage a point since Neville replaced Nuno Espirito Santo last month - including the 1-1 draw against Barcelona - and the team’s fighting spirit has been hailed by the new boss.
However, Neville is under serious pressure to secure his first La Liga victory and will be expected to do just that when Los Che go head-to-head with relegation-threatened Sporting Gijon this weekend.
