New England Patriots sack offensive line coach after Broncos loss

Published Add your comment

Sunday was a dark day for the New England Patriots as they lost the AFC Championship to the Denver Broncos. Word of warning for all you New England fans, it doesn’t look like getting much brighter. The Pats are already ringing the changes following their failure to make Super Bowl 50 - offensive line coach Dave DeGuglielmo has been fired. He had spent the past two seasons with the Pats but a new man will now be drafted in. This comes after Tom Brady was hit 20 times during the loss to Denver. Meanwhile, Peyton Manning earned an extra $2 million for helping his side advance to the Super Bowl and he’ll earn another $2m bonus if the Broncos beat the Carolina Panthers. Manning played 70 percent of the snaps during the AFC Championship clash, here’s to hoping he can cement his incredible legacy with one more Lombardi Trophy.
