Chelsea will demand at least £80 million for Eden Hazard.
This is according to The Sun, who understand that is the minimum price Chelsea will consider before allowing the Belgium international to enter talks with another club.
Hazard is reportedly on the radar of Real Madrid, despite his poor form this season, with Zinedine Zidane keen to make the 25-year-old his first Galactico signing after replacing Rafael Benitez earlier this month.

According to the report, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich believes the Blues could expect to receive a similar fee to the world-record £88 million Real Madrid paid Tottenham for Gareth Bale two-and-a-half years ago.
However, Bale was in the form of his life when he left White Hart Lane. Hazard, on the other hand, has failed to score in 26 appearances this season.
Hazard's dip in form a mystery
Quite why Hazard’s form has tailed off so spectacularly this season remains a mystery.
The former Lille star was deservedly crowned as the PFA’s Premier League Player of the Year last season, but it’s been a totally different story this term.
Many predicted his form would improve following the dismissal of Jose Mourinho last month, but Guus Hiddink is also failing to get the best out of the world-class winger.
Hazard 'is set on' joining Real Madrid
Perhaps Hazard’s head has been turned by the prospect of playing for Real Madrid.
The Sun add that, despite interest from Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, Hazard has his heart set on a move to the Bernabeu.
If Real Madrid manage to get their transfer ban overturned on appeal, don’t be too surprised if Hazard ends up in the Spanish capital this summer.
