Manchester United fear Ryan Giggs exit this summer

Published 2 Comments

There’s a bucket load of problems over at Old Trafford at the moment, so one more can’t possibly hurt right? WRONG. The Daily Mirror relay a very interesting rumour this morning - they claim that Manchester United are worried Ryan Giggs will leave the club if he isn’t made their next manager. You all know by now that Louis van Gaal is pretty much guaranteed to be leaving come the summer, but who will fill the void? Jose Mourinho has staunch support, though there’s no doubt Giggs is eyeing the role for himself. If those two are the main contenders for the job - we reckon it’s probably safer to try and build a Giggs-centric dynasty. Elsewhere, Gareth Bale never considered joining United last summer - for those of you who still believe he did. His outspoken agent, Jonathan Barnett said that the story was complete rubbish, as he and Bale never even discussed the idea.
