Raheem Sterling says Liverpool final will be 'strictly business'

It was only a matter of time before Raheem Sterling clashed with Liverpool in a major fixture - needless to say it’s happened. The Reds will meet Man City in the League Cup final after the latter overcame Everton last night - the 21-year-old has confirmed that the affair will be ‘strictly business’. Sterling said he hoped the ‘best team won on the day’, but we get the feeling that few Liverpool fans will be gearing up for an amicable game. Sterling has few admirers in Merseyside - here’s to hoping he doesn’t prove the difference-maker. Now, Adam Lallana has revealed what happened at half-time to inspire the Reds’ dramatic semi-final win over Stoke. He said a few words had been exchanged in the dressing room - not by Klopp mind, but by the players themselves.
